This mower works as promised. It took some time to assemble, but was pretty easy to assemble. It cuts through some pretty heavy brush and thick stalks. I'm giving it a "4" because I don't like the height adjustment. I can't tell the height of the blade. When moving the crank to raise and lower it doesn't feel like it is doing anything. It becomes a trial and error exercise. I need to start cutting to see where the blade is, then raise or lower as needed. It is very sturdy, handling a very overgrown pasture with ease. It is easy to start.
I'm pulling it behind an ATV which is a little difficult because you can only mow at about 5 miles per hour so I'm constantly feathering the throttle on the ATV to maintain speed. I mounted the control unit on the ATV rear rack, which is working very well. Overall I would highly recommend this mower.
