The 8 x 3 pneumatic wheels rotate 360 degree to improve stability and ease of use and it removes the mower weight off the operator. Once added to your existing machine it becomes a fixed 4′ cutting height. Constructed of laser cut formed and welded heavy duty steel. Made in the USA.

The extension fits onto the mower easily and securely. Mowing with it now is so much easier because you don’t have to be constantly balancing the mower. One thing I did that made it even easier: the instructions say to leave the side skid pieces on which are necessary before it had wheels but I removed the skid pieces from both sides and the mower works even easier now. The skids were on because the mower previously did not have the front wheel kit. I don’t think the skids provide any real protection for the operator because they are on the sides and not the back which is where they would have to be to add protection to the operator who is behind the mower. So I took my skids off and they don’t drag and scrape on the ground anymore.
